New Templates for Opening up Support Cases

To All,

We have created Templates that will auto-fill some mandatory fields when creating a new case in our Support Portal. Please see the steps to utilize these Templates as well as a list of Template created.

List of Existing Templates:
VERA DevOps Configuration Change Request - Use when requesting specific change to company VERA DevOps configuration or workflow.
VERA DevOps Enhancement Request - Use when requesting change to Core VERA DevOps Product (VERA 3).
VERA for ALM Configuration Change Request - Use when requesting specific change to company VERA for ALM configuration or workflow.
VERA for ALM Enhancement Request - Use when requesting change to Core VERA for ALM Product (VERA 2.x).
Helios Customer - Add User Request - For Helios Customers (Hosted) to use when they have a request for Support to add a new user to ALM, a Project or a Role.
Helios Customer - Create Project Request - For Helios Customers (Hosted) to use when they have a request for Support to create a new Project.

****We will continually add and update these templates. If you have any suggestions please open a support case with the suggested template.

Steps to use Templates:
1) Login to Tx3 Support Portal (https://support.tx3services.com/portal/signin)
2) Create a new case
3) Choose the "Choose a Template Dropdown
4) Choose an appropriate template from the list using the criteria laid out above.
5) Fill out necessary fields. Several of the fields will auto-populate with appropriate information.
6) Submit Case
